Easy to use propriety software enabling end to end testing via the Host PC with unique features of :
a) Pre Test Setup
B) Auto Stop and auto return
c) Custom Reporting
B) Auto Stop and auto return
c) Custom Reporting
The Software controls the Set up and Extension as described below.
Set up of Test Bed:
Operator selects Test to be conducted, and S/W sets up the following
a) Sample Length, b) Speed of extension
Sample extension:
Once the sample is attached to the jaws and test is started, system peels the sample at pre-defined speed with cre (constant rate of extension once the sample ruptures the system stops stressing the sample. a real time graph of extension v/s strength is displayed in the software during the sample extension

Completely automatic operation from the host PC and extensive reporting capability.
Operations:
- Auto Sample Length / Speed of Extension set up as per type of sample
- Custom jaws ensure steady Extension without any slippage
- Real time graphs of Force v/s Extension
- Auto stop at sample rupture

Reporting:
Customized reporting capabilities with detailed and summary view for Lot testing
- The graph of Force v/s Elongation is plotted
- Force in KN (Y axis) vs. Elongation in m.m. (X axis)
- Force and Elongation @ Max and Break (Youngs Modulus in case of Thin Wire)
- Min, Max , Average values of Peel Strength
