Operations:
- Select the test to be conducted.
- The Test Rig moves the jaw upward so that the operator can place the sample.
- The system automatically starts stressing the sample at Constant Rate of Compression.
- The Test Rig moves the jaws horizontally in X and Y direction.at Constant Rate of Extension.
- In the software window a “Real time” graph is displayed highlighting the force and Time.
- On Detection of compressive failure.
Reporting:
Report for a single test run comprises of:
- Date, Time, Sample No. and Sample ID
- Source or material
- Force v/s Time graph
- Force at crush
