Bi-Axial Tester
The PC based Bi Axial tester is custom designed for your samples. Our Bi Axial testers are fully automatic with unique features such as a) Real Time Graph (super imposed X and Y axis), b) True CRE c) Multiple tests reports (Lot Tests) / Individual tests and d) Customizable reporting. The test reports can be customized as per your requirement and provide the min/max Force, Elongation SD for Lot Testing.

Experience seamless efficiency with our Completely Automatic setup, revolutionizing bi-axial testing operations with unparalleled precision and ease. The Software controls the Set up and Extensions as described below.
a) Setup of Test Bed
B) Sample Extension
c) Custom Reporting
Set up of Test Bed:
Operator selects Test to be conducted, and S/W sets up the following
a) Sample Length, b) Speed of extension
Sample extension:
Once the sample is attached to the jaws (X and Y axis) and test is started, system peels the sample at pre-defined speed with CRE (constant rate of extension) once the sample ruptures the system stops stressing the sample.
Custom Reporting:
A real time graph of extension v/s strength is displayed in the software during the sample extension and details of both Axis are presented in superimposed graphs.

Experience seamless efficiency with our Completely Automatic setup, revolutionizing bi-axial testing operations with unparalleled precision and ease.
Operations:
- Select “Home” to move the Jaws to the sample length.
- Attach the sample to the Jaws.
- Press “Start” to start the test.
- The Test Rig moves the jaws horizontally in X and Y direction.at Constant Rate of Extension.
- In the software window a “Real time” graph is displayed highlighting the load and elongation is displayed in 2 different colors (super imposed graph).
- On Detection of rupture failure. (either in X or in Y direction) the system stops.

Reporting:
Report for a single test run comprises of:
- Date, Time, and Sample No.
- Source or material (any other parameter, as requested by you)
- Sample ID
- Superimposed Load v/s Elongation graph for X and Y direction
- Force at rupture
