The PC based spring tester is custom designed for your requirement as per ATSM catering to spring tests. Our spring testers are fully automatic with unique features such as a) Real Time Force Vs. Displacement line graph / Force and displacement values for #5 preset values of Force at required Displacement b) Multiple tests reports (Lot Tests) / Individual tests and c) Customizable reporting. The test reports can be customized as per your requirement and provide the Min/Max Average of Force, Elongation/ Compression of the spring. ( #10 tests)

Ease of operations:
a) Select the test to be conducted.
b) The custom software automatically sets the speed and adjusts the sample length (as per parameters selected).
c) Operator needs to position the spring in the Jaw and start the test.
d) The system automatically starts stressing /compressing the Spring.
