The Software controls the Set up and Peel as described below.
Set up of Test Bed:
Based on Type of Solar Cell selected system automatically moves the jaw to Sample Length.
Sample Peel:
Once Bus bars are connected to the jaw system starts peeling and Peel length is auto set based on Solar Cell. Real Time Graph is available in the software.
Completely automatic operation from the host PC and extensive reporting capability.
Operations:
- Auto Sample / Peel Length set up as per Solar Cell type
- Auto Tightning jaws and custom Jigs ensure steady pell of the Bus bar
- Real time graphs of Peel strength v/s Peel Length
- Auto stop at Peel length (based on solar cell type)
